Founder of the Space Frontier Foundation, Rick Tumlinson is one of the world's top space "Visionaries", named one of the 100 most influential people in space. A leader of the “NewSpace” revolution, he blazed the trail for new space firms by Richard Branson, Jeff Bezos and other space entrepreneurs. His team leased the Russian Mir space station as the world’s first commercial space facility, he signed up the first “space tourist” Dennis Tito to fly in space (starting the commercial space travel industry) was a founding trustee of the X-Prize, Chief Executive of the $25 million FINDS research endowment, and a co-founder of LunaCorp – which produced the first commercial shot in space. Rick was a lead witness 6 times in Congress on space policy and is regularly in the media, from CNN and the New York Times to China’s People’s Daily. He helped gain funding for NASA’s Lunar Prospector, the Air Force’s DC-X rocket, the International Space University, and other projects. He edited "Return to the Moon," and was in NASA's Lunar Exploration Analysis Group. Rick’s company Orbital Outfitters created the world’s first commercial space suit and his Project: SpaceDiver is working on the first human "dive" from a rocket at the edge of space. He is featured in the documentaries “Orphans of Apollo,” and “Visions of a Universal Humanity” and is developing new TV series on space, working on his new Earthlight Foundation and a book on asteroids and comets.

Griffin’s Constellation Zombie

NASA’s Constellation Hallucination and the Congressional Money Drug

In the coming weeks some in Congress will try to kill America’s future in space as they desperately work to prop up the tax sucking, pork eating, dreamslaying monster known as the Constellation rocket program. Right now a bought and paid for cabal of hypocritical puppets in the House and Senate are trying to prop up this corpse of a dead end plan to go to the Moon and Mars that not only failed to deliver on President Bush’s promise of a permanent US presence in space, but continues to eat the budgets of the very exploration it was meant to support.
