NewSpace 2009 – Save the Date!

NewSpace 2009 – Save the Date!

November 24, 2008 Press Releases

Our Annual NewSpace conference is the premier networking event for bringing together the movers and shakers of the NewSpace industry for the perfect mix of professional work and fun. NewSpace 2009 will take place at NASA’s Ames Research Center in Silicon Valley July 17-20, 2009. Join us as we celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Apollo 11 landing–humanity’s first step on another world.

The pending change in administration presents a golden opportunity to put the U.S. government space program back on the right track–enabling entrepreneurial “NewSpace” ventures. The United States is reaching a crossroads in space development, with the opportunity to create an exciting new future rather than live in the past. The Space Frontier Foundation aims to help light that fire of change by engaging the brilliant minds working at NASA Ames in the NewSpace movement.

NewSpace 2009 is a single-track conference focusing on entrepreneurial space activities. Our sessions are intended to provide not just interesting presentations, but to generate lively discussions among NewSpace CEOs, established space industry leaders, NASA & Military space experts and government regulators. The program for NewSpace 2008 provides a sense of our previous format.

Programing details and registration information will become available soon. But you can RSVP on Facebook today!
