Cosmos Education is a non-profit educational organization that brings educators to schools in Southern Africa. Educators in this program visited over 15 schools and reached over 4000 African students during their summer 2001 expedition. Permission to Dream donated a telescope to this program.
The Traveling Space Museum
The Traveling Space Museum is a non-profit educational organization that inspires school children with its Odyssey SpaceLab. Several times each year schools in the Los Angeles Unified School District are transformed into a campus-wide space experience – from launch control to a hydroponics bay. Permission to Dream donates funding to this program.
The Sir Arthur C. Clarke Institute for Telecommunications and Information
Sir Arthur C. Clarke, the author of 2001: A Space Odyssey and inventor of the geostationary satellite, has personally endorsed Permission to Dream.
